Cultural and Ethnic Freedom in America

Whites came in to this country with the welcoming arms of freedom; blacks came into this country with the crack of a whip. Black-americans have come a long way. I think its because of them, their faith in God, and their hunger for freedom that we ASIANS, other minorities, and non-protestants have this vast freedom and progressive equality in America we have today. Its NOT because of the "white" founding fathers; the real fathers of freedom are those that suffered under the yoke of slavery and dared to challenge the "white" master.

There should be holidays in America in remembrance of the end of slavery and the end of apartheid. They are JUST as important as Fourth of July.
